Cliff Lewis, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Hearthside in Allentown, was sworn in as the new president of the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS® (GLVR) at an induction ceremony held at Northampton Country Club on January 22, 2026.

Lewis, a fulltime REALTOR® since 2006, replaces former GLVR President Michael Bernadyn of RE/MAX Real Estate. The president of the association holds the position for one year and is elected by a Nominating Committee, which consists of the past president and two directors.

Christopher Raad, who previously served two terms as GLVR president and is a Past President of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, did the honors of installing Lewis as GLVR’s president.

Speaking before nearly 200 real estate professionals, the incoming president offered a candid, no-fluff look at his path to leading a real estate team of more than 70 agents — and to leading the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS® in 2026.

In an industry — and a social media-focused world — where success is often polished and filtered, Lewis shared his real story: starting out as a bartender with a nice car and a moment of reflection about whether he was living up to his full potential, earning his real estate license, trying to do everything on his own, and eventually learning the value of mentorship. The tough lessons he learned along the way helped shape his leadership style and reinforced a simple truth — he could do better, and he did.

First licensed in 2006, Lewis built a strong foundation in real estate before launching his own team in 2016, the Cliff Lewis Experience. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Lewis has long helped clients feel confident and at ease while navigating the buying and selling process.

As team lead, Cliff finds his greatest satisfaction in mentoring and supporting fellow agents, in addition to helping them grow their businesses and work through the daily challenges of the real estate industry.
