Your Candidates

Lori Campbell, Coldwell Banker Heritage Real Estate

Many of you may know me as I have been around for quite a while. I received my real estate license in August of 1986 and immediately fell in love with the real estate business.

I obtained my Associate Broker’s license and Broker Appraiser license just a few short years later. I am also licensed as a salesperson in New Jersey.

My volunteer service to the industry includes serving on committees, as well as the MLS Board for the Eastern Northampton County Association of REALTORS® (ENCAR), and continuing on several committees with the Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS® (now the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS®), including Government Affairs, RPAC, Professional Standards, Special Events and MLS.

In addition, I have volunteered as a Meals on Wheels driver for Upper Bucks County for the last 10 years (the local program was recently discontinued) and currently host/coordinate five blood drives per year for the American Red Cross. I am an active member of St. John UCC in Riegelsville (presently serving on Consistory).

I will be married 35 years this October to my wonderful husband, Keith, who has allowed me to succeed with his unwavering support. He was my business partner in a PODS franchise venture that we successfully built and owned from 2006 to 2016.

We have two grown children. Patrick is a freelance real estate photographer and works as an asset manager for a high-end auto retailer. Patrick and his partner, Angie, have blessed us with a sweet grandson who is 8 years old. Our daughter Meredith graduated in 2018 from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and has joined me in the real estate profession. She is also a varsity cheering coach for Freedom High School. We are so proud of them both.

When approached many years ago to serve on the Board, I said, “Maybe when my children get older and are no longer active in school, scouting, and sports functions.” Well, time has flown by and there are many changes occurring in the real estate industry. I figured it might be time for me to toss in my name, as I feel my experiences in real estate, as a business owner and as a landlord could be beneficial to our Association and my fellow REALTORS®.

While I enjoy my career, I also enjoy cooking, dining out and spending time at the lake and the beach, as well as spending fun times with good friends and my family.

Thank you for considering me as an incoming member of the Board of Directors.

Alexa Sanchez, Bario Real Estate

Having begun my professional career in the corporate world, I have a developed a unique set of abilities to make informed decisions efficiently and to take action when needed. Transitioning into my real estate career, I immediately became involved in our association and learned the value of RPAC in our industry. Within a year, I joined the ranks of Major Investors.

As a Golden “R” Presidents Circle member, I understand the need to advance the REALTOR® brand and to promote, protect and educate our members and community on homeownership and private property rights, all the while helping advance our market area and keep our members on the forefront of education and emerging technology.

Over the last few years I have been very involved with the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR) and have met with several legislators and representatives throughout the years regarding the on-going issues affecting our local housing market and property rights. My service at PAR also includes chairing the YPN Committee in 2019, serving as vice chair for the RPAC Fundraising Committee in 2020, and accepting the position of chair for the RPAC Fundraising Committee come 2021. My dedication to our profession does not end at our local and state association. I am currently appointed to the Housing Opportunity Committee for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The purpose of this committee is to develop opportunity in housing and diversity within the real estate industry. I have also served on NAR’s Diversity Committee for several years.

Aside from my professional life, I have been involved with our local and state Special Olympics program as a manager and also had the pleasure to serve as a coach, parent and friend for persons with special needs. This experience has helped develop my abilities and sharpen my skills to advocate for others in the special needs community. I learned to apply these skills in my own business. I advocate for my clients on a daily basis and would turnkey these skills to put them to use for our members.

I strive to be a good example to others by stepping up and taking action. My engagement within the REALTOR® community is not only extensive, but highly rewarding. I feel as though this not only qualifies me to serve as a Director, but also ensures my best interest for it and the people I will be leading. I pride myself in personal development, extensive education, and volunteering in my community. This in turn keeps me informed, relevant and professional.
