The rain held off just long enough to make for a fantastic evening at Eight Oaks Farm Distillery, where more than 40 members gathered for the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS® Cocktails & Cigars event in support of RPAC. Together, attendees raised over $6,000 for RPAC.

Because GLVR exceeded the fundraising goal, the National Association of REALTORS® will reimburse the association through a previously approved $2,000 grant — covering nearly all event expenses.

Special thanks go to several special guests:

• Sen. Nick Miller, a GLVR primary member who registered for the event and shared insight on RPAC.
• Brian Slater, RPAC Fundraising Chair for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and a member of Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®, spoke about the impact of RPAC and how funds are being utilized.
• GLVR CEO Justin Porembo, 2025 President Michael Bernadyn, and Government Affairs Director Asher Schiavone also addressed attendees.

Adding to the fun, Eight Oaks generously donated three sweepstakes prizes:

• $25 Eight Oaks Gift Card – won by Kim Lucas Mantz
• Bottle of Eight Oaks American Vodka – won by Renee Gould
• Bottle of Eight Oaks Straight Bourbon Whiskey – won by Jeff Hufton

For just a $50 RPAC investment, members received an excellent return: 95+ rated cigars (as ranked by Cigar Aficionado), a complimentary cocktail, hors d’oeuvres, and entry into the sweepstakes.
