I received my real estate license in August of 1986 and immediately fell in love with the real estate business. I obtained my Associate Broker’s license and Broker Appraiser license just a few short years later. I am also licensed as a salesperson in New Jersey.

I am a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley, having grown up in Upper Bucks County. I lived in Lower Saucon Township when first married. I have resided in Williams Township since 1988.

I have worked full-time in my real estate career, in addition to owning and handling the marketing for a PODS (Portable on Demand Storage) franchise with my husband from 2006 to 2016. We also own investment real estate, and I strongly believe in property rights and home ownership.  My experience and knowledge, coupled with strong negotiating skills greatly benefit my clients.

Credentials: Associate Broker, PA, GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), LPS (Luxury Property Specialist), Certified Relocation Specialist, International President’s Circle for Coldwell Banker, and consistently a top producer.  

I strongly believe in volunteering in the community and have been a Meals on Wheels driver, regularly prepare meals for Safe Harbor, am active in my church, and currently serve as a Blood Services Coordinator for five blood drives per year for the American Red Cross. I have also served on various committees for the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS® and am serving as President for 2024.
