22 members of the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS® traveled to Harrisburg last week as part of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®’ Annual REALTOR® Day on the Hill. GLVR members attended an informal legislative reception and held meetings with 12 lawmakers.

These meetings provided an opportunity to discuss key legislation impacting the real estate industry and to reinforce the role REALTORS® play in supporting housing opportunities across the Commonwealth.

GLVR is grateful for the strong member turnout and extends appreciation to the legislators and their staff who took the time to meet with us.

Legislation discussed included:

• SB 838 (Private Licensed Schools Act amendment)
• HB 1095 (Eviction Sealing)
• SB 907 (Licensure of Home Inspectors)
