Middle Smithfield Township Introduces MapLink for Zoning Information

Middle Smithfield Township has announced the introduction of eCode360® MapLink, a new interactive website focusing on community growth through simplified zoning information that is more accessible and user friendly to the public and business community. Middle Smithfield Township is the first municipality in Monroe County to implement this program.

What is MapLink? MapLink is an interactive zoning map that is linked to the township zoning ordinance. Those looking to develop or purchase property in Middle Smithfield Township now have a tool that will help them quickly and easily navigate local zoning regulations. The site allows property owners, business owners, developers, Realtors® and other local officials committed to economic development and community growth to find property details they are most interested in, including dimensional requirements, allowable uses, zoning districts and more. Middle Smithfield Township’s MapLink site is available at http://bit.ly/MSTMapLink.

“This is a great tool for both the township office staff and the community," said Judith Acosta, Assistant Zoning Officer for Middle Smithfield Township. "Office staff will be able to quickly and easily look up property information and assist callers. But, even better, residents can use this tool to help market their property for sale, Realtors® can use this tool to find the property that meets their client’s wish list and developers can use this tool to find the perfect property to house their project.”
