GLVR Closes Real Estate Academy Through April

With the nationwide social distancing guidelines being extended another 30 days, the Greater Lehigh Valley Real Estate Academy is suspending all classes through and including April 30. During this time, we invite you to review class options offered by our partner, OnCourse Learning.

IF YOU WERE REGISTERED for a class within the cancellation period (March 30 to April 30), staff will be crediting your account, which will allow you to log into the IMS and put that credit toward a future class. Please do not do this just yet, as staff needs time to credit all registered students.

Please note that license renewal and continuing education requirements for real estate brokers and salespersons have been delayed 90 days. Renewals and continuing education requirements are now required by Saturday, August 29, 2020.

Classes that have been postponed are being rescheduled starting June 1. There will be a plethora of options that will allow you to meet your education requirements by August 29.

At this time, classes scheduled for May are still happening. If this changes, as orders out of Harrisburg and beyond continue to be revised and revisited, enrolled students will be alerted.
